What You'll Be Doing:
🌟 Provide top-notch support to our exclusive customers through live chats and emails, ensuring we exceed their expectations every time
🌟 Nurture long-term relationships with our existing customers, going the extra mile to keep them happy and loyal
🌟 Ensure our solutions are delivered promptly and efficiently, meeting the specific needs of our customers while adhering to regulatory requirements
🌟 Cultivate new business opportunities with existing customers or pinpoint areas for improvement
What You Need to Succeed:
🦸 Previous experience in a similar role in the FinTech industry, or in iGaming
🦸 A solid grasp of payment systems and a good understanding of AML/CTF regulations
🦸 Excellent command of English
🦸 Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must! You'll be the bridge between our team and our B2B customers, so we need someone who can navigate both worlds with ease

We are FinTech and we are agile - pay range for this position can be around EUR 1100 - 2100 netto, anyway, we are open for discussions & negotiation.
