About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our growth strategy. Your mission? Forge new partnerships & maintain/open corporate bank accounts, spearhead initiatives, and bring our groundbreaking fintech solutions to the masses. What You'll Be Doing:
🚀 Navigate uncharted territory, building and nurturing strong partnerships with - Financial Institutions, Legal service providers, Incorporation specialists etc. worldwide
🚀 Maintain day-to-day operational activities, including bank accounts management, market research, compliance and licensing queries
🚀 Craft and execute killer business development strategies, having a deep understanding of the business and high-risk e-commerce industry
🚀 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of operational activities & business development strategies with business goals
🚀 Keep a keen eye on industry trends, opportunities, challenges and compliance regulations
What We're Looking For:
🤩 Work experience and passion for FinTech and a keen understanding of industry trends - you know how high-risk businesses run
🤩 Understanding of AML/CFT regulations would be a big plus
🤩 A knack for identifying opportunities and turning them into success stories
🤩 Excellent communication skills (mostly in ENG) - you're the maestro of negotiations

We are FinTech and we are agile - pay range for this position can be around EUR 1200 netto (if You don’t have an experience, only desire) or EUR 2200 netto (if we spend less time on your Onboarding and Teaching) - anyway, we are open for discussions & negotiation.
